The Final Frontier is the 15th studio album by Iron Maiden, released worldwide on August 16, 2010. Clocking in at a massive 76 minutes and 34 seconds, it was the band's longest studio effort at the time, reflecting their modern era's deep embrace of lengthy, progressive compositions and theatrical song arrangements.
The album was a colossal international success, debuting at number one in 28 countries and earning the band their very first Grammy Award (Best Metal Performance for the track "El Dorado").
